How long will the whole process take?
We recommend allowing a minimum of 4-6 weeks for the whole process.

Can I change the colors?
Yes. We can change the colors for any of your products— just send us a picture of your favourite colour, bridesmaids dresses or chosen theme.

What are the key steps involved?

Contact us to discuss your stationery requirements and design ideas. If you have a Pinterest board or inspiration images to share we'd love to see them. After this initial enquiry we'll follow-up with you based on the information we've gathered.

DEPOSIT - If you are ordering a bespoke design a single, non-refundable deposit is required for each wedding. Once payment is received we'll begin the design process.

DESIGN & PROOF - We'll start working on an original bespoke design and send you 3 personalised proofs.

AMENDMENTS - We offer 2 rounds of complimentary edits on your chosen digital proof. After that, we will charge a £25 fee for each additional round, so please be as specific as possible in your feedback. We recommend asking a bridesmaid or family member to review your stationery to double check everything is perfect!

FINAL APPROVAL - We'll send a final proof of your design(s) and you'll review them carefully. We recommend asking a bridesmaid or family member to review your stationery to double check everything is perfect!

PRODUCTION - After we've received your approval your order will be printed. Print times may vary based on the design and finishing specifications. At this stage you can expect a final invoice and the full remaining payment must be received before your designs are delivered to your preferred address. Because of its precious nature, our wedding stationery is sent via recorded delivery.
